 To request for June/July booking, please fill out the booking form with correct info. PLEASE NOTE: As usual, this does NOT guarantee that your form will be selected for the month. This is just an appointment request form, so that I can get your info and a description of what you would want to get tattooed. I do filter through forms in the order that I receive them until I am booked for the month. In addition, not every form is chosen, depending on if what you’re wanting is something that fits with my style of tattooing, so please be specific. Keep an eye on your email for the next week. If I accept your form, you will receive an email from me that contains a private, single-use link to my Tattoo Booking Calendar. From there, you can select a date/time to come in for your appointment. You will also need to send a (Non-refundable) $60 Booking Deposit once you schedule your appointment. Be on the lookout for a Confirmation Email, as this will contain all of your appointment info. If you do not hear from me prior to submitting a Booking Form, I am sincerely sorry, but it may be that you form didn’t get accepted due to booking up for the month or it could be that the tattoo you want doesn’t sound like my style of work. It is absolutely nothing personal. Feel free to re-submit for the following month. I do try to look for names who previously didn’t get chosen. In the grand scheme of all of this,  Please remember that I am only one small girl, running a full time business, and I can really only do as much as time allows.
